A little bit about Fellini's
Fellini's Ristobarreto is a small restaurant with an Italian theme. Their food is excellent and the desserts unbelievable! They offer a nice selection of salads, pasta, several beef and chicken dishes as well. Like most restaurants in Uruguay they have a good selection of wine both from Uruguay and abroad.
They normally serve pizza, but not on Sundays or Holidays. They are now offering a Sunday Special for the expat meetings. This is a great deal because it includes the dessert! Here is a copy of the menu (in Spanish).
A few hints pasta seca would be Spaghetti, Fettuccine or Noquis (pasta that is not stuffed with something). Bife is beef, pollo is chicken, and Sorrentinos is like raviolis but larger and round. Calabaza is "squash," but is usually referred to as "Pumpkin" in English. For the desserts you'll just have to try one of each to see what you like best.

Weekday Lunch Specials
During the week (Monday - Friday) Fellini's offers one of the best lunch deals in town. The so-called "menu executivo". The current price is 230 pesos and that includes your drink (glass of soda pop, water, or wine), small appetizer, meal, and dessert. You also get a card and after you've purchased 5 lunches, the 6th one is on the house.
A note about Google maps and Uruguay. It seems they don't put the map pointer in the correct place for most street addresses. The map point on this map was manually set to the correct location!
